What each plan limits

The main allowances cover the number of cellars and bottles, together with bottle profiles, Cella questions and restaurant wine-list scans.

The free plan gives you one cellar and up to 50 bottles, so you can try SmartCellar with real wines before deciding whether to move a larger collection across.

Check what you are using

Open Settings or Pricing to compare the allowances. Your usage shows whether you are close to a bottle, Cella, profile or wine-list scan limit.

• Move to another plan when you need more room or a larger monthly allowance.
• Enter a bottle by hand when you do not need a generated profile.
• Save wine-list scans for lists where a shortlist would be worthwhile.

If you reach a limit

SmartCellar will tell you which allowance has been reached and show the relevant plan or setting. If the message does not look right, email support with your account address and say what you were trying to do.
