What limits usually cover

Plans are designed around the size of the cellar and how often you use assisted features. The main limits are cellar count, bottle count, bottle profiles, Cella questions, and restaurant wine-list scans.

The free plan is useful for trying the workflow with real bottles before you move a whole collection across.

Check usage before upgrading

Open Settings or Pricing when you want to compare allowances. Usage indicators show whether you are running into a bottle, Cella, profile, or wine-list scan limit.

• Upgrade when the cellar genuinely needs more room.
• Use manual entry when you do not need a generated bottle profile.
• Reserve wine-list scans for the restaurant lists where a shortlist would actually help.

What happens at a limit

When a limit is reached, SmartCellar should explain what blocked the action and point you toward the relevant plan or setting. If a limit message looks wrong, contact support with your account email and the action you were trying to take.
