Check your remaining questions
- Open Ask Cella and look at the usage information near the conversation.
- For all monthly features together, open Settings → Subscription → Monthly allowances. Read Cella questions separately from Bottle profiles and Wine list scans.
- If no questions remain, compare plans or wait for the next calendar month’s allowance. A subscription renewal date is not the same thing as the monthly chat counter.
Continue an earlier conversation
Use the recent conversations list on Ask Cella to open an earlier chat. Saved conversations appear after Cella replies. Continue there when your question depends on the earlier meal, wine or answer.
Choose New chat when the topic changes. Starting a fresh chat keeps unrelated discussions separate, but messages still use the same account allowance.
Clear a conversation
- Open the conversation you want to remove. Check the displayed messages first.
- Choose Clear and confirm “Clear this conversation?”.
- The current conversation is removed. Repeat for another conversation only if you also want to remove that one.
Clearing history does not refund questions
Your monthly usage is tracked separately from visible conversation history. Clearing a conversation or choosing New chat does not replenish it.
If Cella fails to reply, read the message on screen and check the allowance before retrying. If usage appears wrong, contact support with the account email, time and exact message, rather than clearing chats to try to reset it.
