Decide who needs access

Sharing works well for households, buying partners and anyone who helps to keep bottle counts or locations correct.

Always send an invitation rather than sharing your password. That way, you can change or remove the access later.

Send an invitation

Open the cellar sharing controls and invite the person by email.

1. 1. Choose the cellar you want to share.
2. 2. Open Share.
3. 3. Enter the email address.
4. 4. Choose view or edit access.
5. 5. Send the invitation.

Choose view or edit access

View access lets someone see the cellar. Edit access also lets them change bottle details, so reserve it for people who help to maintain the collection.

• Remove access when the arrangement changes.
• Review access after moving house, changing a buying group or archiving a cellar.
• Keep sensitive account and billing changes in your own account.
