When cellar sharing helps

Cellar sharing is useful for households, buying partners, or anyone who helps keep bottle counts and locations accurate.

Do not share your password. Invite the person so access can be controlled and removed later.

Invite someone

Open the cellar sharing controls and invite the person by email.

1. 1. Choose the cellar you want to share.
2. 2. Open Share.
3. 3. Enter the email address.
4. 4. Choose read or write permission.
5. 5. Send the invitation.

Review permissions

Use read access when someone only needs to see the cellar. Use write access only when they should be able to update bottle details.

• Remove access when the arrangement changes.
• Review shared access after moving house, changing buying groups, or archiving a cellar.
• Keep sensitive account and billing changes in your own account.
