Change your details or password
Open Settings to change your profile details, preferred currency, photograph or password. If you cannot sign in, choose the password reset option on the login page.

Choose your notifications
Keep the emails that prompt a useful action, such as a ready-to-drink reminder or weekly cellar summary, and turn off those you do not need.
- Turn off notifications you do not act on.
- Keep cellar reminders if they stop mature bottles being overlooked.
- Check junk mail and filtering rules if an expected email does not arrive.
If a setting does not work
Contact support if you cannot reset your password, account emails never arrive or a saved setting does not take effect.
