Notifications
Notifications are most helpful when they point to a real cellar decision, such as ready-to-drink bottles, weekly summaries, or account events.
- Turn off notifications you do not act on.
- Keep useful cellar prompts enabled if they help prevent bottles being forgotten.
- Check spam or filtering rules if expected emails do not arrive.
When to contact support
Contact support if you cannot reset a password, expected account emails do not arrive, or a setting appears to save but does not take effect.
