Start with a question you want to answer
Use Cellar health on the dashboard to review bottles needing attention. For a particular cellar’s charts, open My cellars and use View analytics on its card. Check the selected cellar before interpreting the totals.
These summaries depend on your saved bottle records. They do not measure the actual temperature, storage conditions or condition of a sealed bottle.
Follow a health item through to a correction
Check and correct bottle details →
- In Cellar health, choose a Missing bottle details item, such as Missing location or Missing purchase price.
- Open a wine in the resulting list.
- Use Edit details to add the correct Location note or per-bottle Purchase price, then Save changes. Use Cellar layout for exact positions.
- Return to the summary to review what remains. For incorrect or missing catalogue information, use the profile guide rather than guessing values.
Use the drinking suggestions
Drink this month, Ready this year and Drink-soon attention lead to wines worth reviewing. Check each wine’s vintage, dates, quantity and your own tasting history before deciding what to open. Low-stock favourites can help you identify wines to consider buying again.
Suggested dates and shortlists are planning aids. A missing drinking window can leave a wine out of a date-based shortlist even when you would enjoy it now.
Read the charts in context
Cellar analytics includes colour, region, grape and vintage breakdowns, a drinking-window timeline, bottles added and opened over the past 12 months, and top-rated wines. Use them to see where your collection is concentrated and how your buying compares with your recorded openings.
Recorded value depends on the prices and quantities in your records. Missing prices make it incomplete. Correct a whole-case price mistakenly entered as a per-bottle price before relying on the total.
After a physical stocktake, correct quantities and locations, then export a backup. An export preserves your recorded data; it does not verify it against the shelf.
