Photograph the list and add your preferences
The more specific the occasion, the more useful the shortlist will be.
- 1. Photograph each relevant page clearly.
- 2. Check that the wine names, vintages and prices were read correctly.
- 3. Add the food, colour, budget and any regional preference, then say whether you want a familiar or more adventurous choice.
- 4. Read the shortlist and save any interesting bottles to your wishlist.
